• On occasion we may not be able to deliver the goods or perform the services to you in accordance with your order due to limited stock, technical difficulties, safety concerns or some other reason beyond our control. In these circumstances we will offer you a full refund or credit your account.

• Save as expressly provided in these terms and conditions and except where the goods and/or services are sold to a person dealing as a consumer as defined in UCTA 1977 all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute, common or European Community law are excluded to the fullest extent possible as permitted by law. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. Where the goods and services are sold to a person dealing as a consumer the statutory rights of that customer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

• Nothing in the terms and conditions excludes of limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence of fraudulent misrepresentation.  

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is determined to be or becomes unenforceable or illegal, such provision shall be deemed deleted and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect in accordance with its terms as modified by such deletion.

• No waiver by us of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions by you shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions.  
• These conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
