How far in advance of my wedding should I get started? |
We know you are very busy right now, so we encourage you
to do what best fits your personal schedule and wedding
deadlines! We offer a 12 month long duration to suit your
needs and timeframes.
Just remember to give yourself enough time that you may
include your web address on any wedding stationery you
want to mention your wedding website on: wedding
announcements, save-the-date cards and wedding invitations. |

Will you advertise on my wedding website?
|
Not a chance! It would not be fair to them (or to you!) to
do so. When your guests visit your personal wedding
website, they will focus only on you and the excitement of
your wedding!

How can I obtain an offline version of my wedding website
as a keepsake?

NEW! In December of 2007 we are launching a premium Site
on CD product so you may now order a hard copy of your
wedding website conveniently on a CD!

Is your online credit card payment method secure?
|
Yes, your security is of upmost importance to us! For this
reason,
our company has chosen to implement and maintain security
measures that either meet or exceed industry standards.
When accepting and processing credit card information, we
use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption so your
information cannot be viewed in transit.
Once a transaction is complete, your credit card
information is no longer present on our servers.
To ensure optimal security, we exclusively process payments
with the most reputable third party processor available.

Can I purchase my wedding website on a credit card that is
not under my name? |
With the cardholder's permission, yes, you definitely can!
Many family members or friends
of our Brides and Grooms choose to make the purchase for
them, and this is certainly acceptable.

Can I purchase and co-own a wedding website with another
couple?
|
No, we only permit one couple per account.
You may, however, choose to create an announcement page on
your wedding website that
acknowledges your good friends and offers a congrats on
their upcoming wedding.

Are your services free for my wedding guests? |
Yes, our services are completely free for your wedding guests!

What does the term "WedClick Members Area" mean?
|
Included with your WedClick account is a
private administrative center called
your "WedClick Members Area". Protected by a user name
and password of your choice, your WedClick Members Area
is the secure area where you go to set up your personal
wedding website, view all RSVPs and more.
You'll enjoy unlimited 24/7 access, anytime updates and
full customisation options...all in one convenient place!

Do I need to have certain settings enabled to access my
WedClick Members Area? |
To ensure a controlled, secure environment and to aid in
customer support, cookies and sessions must be enabled in
order to sign in to your WedClick Members Area. You will
also need to have Javascript enabled and Flash installed
on your browser to be able to take advantage of all of
your Members Area features. |

Can I allow a friend or family member to have access to my
WedClick Members Area?
|
Yes, you definitely can! Many of our couples choose to
allow a trusted individual or two to have access to their
WedClick Members Area. If you would prefer to do this, you
are more than welcome to.
Remember: To maintain the privacy and security you
deserve, please use your discretion and limit the number
of people with whom you share your user name
and password with. |

Will you protect the privacy of my wedding guests?
|
Absolutely! When your guests RSVP online on your personal
wedding website, they are given the opportunity to enter
personal information, such as a phone number, home address
and email address. This is solely for your convenience,
that you may obtain accurate, up-to-date information for
your own records, which may also be of help to you when
sending out your thank you cards!
Under no circumstances do we sell, share, rent or
distribute the personal information
we collect from your wedding guests, nor do we solicit them
in any way.

Will you initiate contact with my wedding guests?
|
We will intiate contact with guests only once, and as
outlined below:
When your guests RSVP online through your personal wedding
website, they are given the opportunity to enter personal
information, including an email address. For the benefit
of
your wedding guests
who choose to enter their email address at the time of
their RSVP (this is an optional answer field), we send a
standard, one-time "RSVP Confirmation" email notice.
We have found that wedding guests appreciate confirmation
that their RSVP has been successfully delivered into your
account! This is the one and only time we initiate contact
with them.
